COVID-19 Updates
The health and safety of our team members, guests, and their families continues to be our highest priority. During this closure, our team has worked tirelessly on a comprehensive plan and has adapted ALL of our front facing and back of house procedures to maintain a safe and fun environment. These planned measures and protocols to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 virus exposure to our team members and guests meet or exceed applicable guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the New York State Department of Health and local health authorities.
Cleaning Sanitizing
Regular and diligent cleaning of all public areas, workspaces and frequently touched surfaces will be a core element of our ongoing health and safety protocols.
Communication Training
Ongoing communication is critical and includes informational signage for guests and team members to assist with proper use of PPE for the unvaccinated and personal hygiene. To reinforce protocols, all team members will receive training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols.
Active Monitoring
We will be proactively monitoring for signs of illness or infection that could put guests or team members at increased risk. Efforts will include ongoing monitoring of local health conditions, including reported active cases and potential outbreaks.

- We also want you to enjoy the best possible experience every time you visit. In order to ensure the safest, most enjoyable experience possible, effective Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 6 AM, masks or facial coverings will be required for all Guests and Team Members.
- Social Distancing will resume; please maintain 6 feet between yourself and other Guests Team Members.
- Please refrain from visiting the property if you have had any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days, or have had contact with anyone with symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days.
Seneca Buffalo Creek requires All guests to be age 21+. Please be prepared to show valid, government-issued photo ID to Security.

Entrances
Please note that there is one entrance into the casino at this time: guests may enter through the 1st floor of the parking garage. Advantage Elite garage parking is accessible by card when entering from the Valet drive. Smoking Areas are available in the garage or outside the WD entrance. Guests may exit only through the Valet or WD doors.
Requirements
Western New York s COVID positivity rates are once again on the rise. In order to ensure the safest, most enjoyable experience possible, effective Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 6 AM, masks or facial coverings will be required for all Guests and Team Members.
Social Distancing will resume; please maintain 6 feet between yourself and other Guests Team Members. This applies to all three of the Seneca Resorts Casinos locations. We will continue to monitor our area s numbers closely, and will let you know when our masking policy has relaxed.
NO SMOKING INCLUDING VAPING ARE allowed anywhere inside the facility. Smoking will be allowed only in outdoor designated areas and with social distancing.
What is Open
Gaming
- Slot machines are open to full capacity.
- Table Games have some enhanced health and safety protocols in place.
- Plastic protective shields have been installed on all tables.
- Games offered: Blackjack, Spanish 21, Roulette, Mini-Baccarat, Craps, 3 Card Poker, Mississippi Stud, Let It Ride Ultimate Texas Hold Em. Not all games are 24 hrs please call ahead.
Dining Bars

is open 24 hours a day for grab-n-go pizza, hotdogs, snacks and coffee, featuring Starbucks.
- Stixx Sports Bar and B-LO are now open. B-LO closes nightly at midnight. Stixx serves until 4AM (Last call will be 15 minutes prior to the bar closing)
- The Creek is open to full capacity.

Sunday - Thursday 12 PM - 9 PM
Friday Saturday 12 PM - 10 PM
