Will Call Information and Event Center Policies
Will call is located at the Island Box Office adjacent to the Event Center. Will call opens 90 minutes prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open for 45 minutes post show start. Will call for concerts and other events will vary based on the specific performance. Once the box office has closed during an event, tickets are no longer available for pick up.
Identification Required: Will call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the will call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo identification is required (valid drivers license or passport) in order to claim your tickets. The Box Office assumes no liability for any tickets purchased from sources outside of Treasure Island Resort Casino and or Ticketmaster.
Most events have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to review and acknowledge the age requirements of a particular event of interest. Refunds will not be issued should a person holding a ticket not be of the minimum age required for entry.
Accessible seating is available in limited quantity and in certain sections only. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to select seating that will best accommodate their comfort and needs. Relocation of seats is not provided.
Outside Food Beverage: Outside food, even from an outlet located on Resort property is not permitted within the Event Center. Beverages purchased on the gaming floor or within the Resort may be brought into the Event Center provided they are in a plastic container. (Glass is prohibited).
For the safety and security of our attendees, artists and their entourage, all event goers are subject to search upon entry. All purses, packages and duffle bags are subject to search. Cameras with flash are not permitted.
All attendees must have a valid ticket. For those events that permit children, tickets must be purchased regardless of age.
Tickets to all events are non-refundable. In the event of an event postponement, tickets will be honored for the new published performance date. In the event of a cancellation, tickets are refundable at the point of purchase only.
Treasure Island Resort Casino has a comprehensive safety plan in place that allows us to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and team members while providing the fun and entertaining destination that you always expect when you visit The Island.

Treasure Island Event Center - MN Tickets
Treasure Island Event Center tickets will give you and your family a new load of happy memories. The center is located at the Treasure Island Resort and Casino in Welch, Minnesota. The address is 5734 Sturgeon Lake Road, Welch, MN 55089. It’s about an hour south of Minneapolis. The center is owned and operated by the Prairie Island Indian Community. It’s in the southern part of Minnesota and the only resort positioned on the Mississippi River. The complex is the largest employer in Goodhue County, with 1,500 employees. There are 500 rooms at the hotel. Since opening in 1984, Treasure Island Event Center tickets have been sold for acts like Foreigner, Big Rich and Styx.
At first, the center was a bingo hall. However, it has since expanded into the destination-style resort it is today. This resort features a massive casino space, numerous hotel rooms and a spacious meeting center. There are also several restaurants and bars so you are never far from live entertainment.
